Please someone can tell me in 2020 until now what are the limits on Instagram in what respect to maximum of follows per day and the delay time bewteen these?

When I say the time I mean that if the maximum number of follows in a day is for example 200, how much follows can I do per hour to complete these 200 in a day without a block?

It depends how many per hour. You can typically stay safe by doing 30-40 followers per hour, spread out.
