New following restrictions

Is everyone seeing the new following restrictions, or is it just newer accounts? The last few days Instagram started new restrictions and now I can only follow about 20 people per day and then I have to wait until the next day.

Is there a workaround for this? I don't know if I'm going to be able to grow an account with such tight following limits.

I don't have this restriction yet, just tried following like 30 odd accounts. Is your account new? If yes, warm it up for about a week, which means following only 5-10 accounts/ day and then gradually increasing it by 5-10 accounts/ week. If your account is old and the restriction still exists then try doing like 5-6 accounts/ hour and then see if that changes anything. All the best!
