Yes, it's still possible. Our growth service stays around 175-200 followers per day, but we don't do the 1-2 punch. You'd be able to do the 1-2 punch, but it might have to be random and not on every account you follow.
That means must run like random, some account only follows, and some account only just 1-2 likes, is it? Because every account run 1-2 punch is also the same as a bot?
What do you do then? If your saying you don't recommend following the guidance in your book wtf have we paid for

Any kind of active manual action is going to cost you a lower trust score, less engagement, etc.
Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this method (if you care about the profile).
What I would recommend to gain more followers is to network (long-term, at least a week or so) with other pages/influencers in your niche.
Everything really depends on your budget and how committed you are.
For small or no budget people I would suggest:
Small - Medium budget
To be honest, I was always the last person to recommend IG ads. Nevertheless, times are changing, and Instagram is becoming more like Facebook.
Medium - large budget
There are a dozen ways how to grow your account. The main thing is: Don't let your MAIN account participate in any of the Instagram banned activity (engagement groups, manual F/UF, story viewing, etc.).
PS: If you are thinking of creating a new account (and you've done some black/greyhat shit with your account/phone/wifi-connection), I would suggest you get everything new - or make it seems like everything is new.
I have had some weird results, with multiple accounts on the same phone/connection.
Avoid using the same email address, phone number, CC (credit card), or any of the same payment platforms, etc.
Whenever I'm creating a new account - I'm trying to make it seem like it is a brand new person to the Instagram game.

- Follow as many big pages in your niche as possible, turn on the post notification --> and when the account shares new picture/video, go comment on it (do not spam it with: “Follow me pls”; “Please check out my profile”; etc. Write something funny (use emotion) and related to the content. Keep repeating this, and the true followers of the account are going to remember you and possibly follow you (if they will see your content on the explore page).
- Never run out of stories (use hashtags, and the newest features to get the most exposure).
- IMPORTANT - Start/Keep engaging with your followers (make them DM you). The more you engage with your followers, the higher chances you have to appear on top of their home feed, stories --> the higher chances you have to get to the explore page.

You definitely can still do the 1-2 punch with success, but we've had enough clients not want us to "like" photos, so we just scrapped the "punch" aspect because more clients are happier that way. I still recommend the 1-2 punch.
I use Following method with a 1-2 Punch. It works well . The fact is that many times I am blocked for one or two days. We can follow until 200 followers a day with a limit about 30 followers the hour ? an I right ?

A lot of people like mixing up manuall follow/unfollow with other growth methods (however experimental they are) such as mentions, mass DMs, shout-outs, giveaways, etc.
I see the trouble I am not mixing w/ other methods. Just F in the morning (using 1-2 punch) and U in the afternoon.
However, I recognize, I do F and U from different devices. Should it be an issue?

It probably isn't the best thing in the world, but you should still be okay if you are staying within instagram's limits.
